**Job Overview**

This role involves developing cybersecurity system components, including SOAR and SIEM tools, as well as integrating these components within the cybersecurity stack.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for drafting and maintaining system design documentation according to SDLC best practices.

**Salary and Benefits**

Estimated salary: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Proficiency in software development and scripting (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell).
  • Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to obtain an SF-85P Public Trust clearance.
  • Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
  • Knowledge of classified systems security guidelines.
  • Experience with Information Assurance (IA) hardening and compliance.
**Preferred Skills**

Prior experience with:

  • SIEM platforms (ArcSight, Elasticsearch, Splunk).
  • Distributed event streaming platforms (Apache Kafka, Cloudera).
  • Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) transformations.
  • ServiceNow API development and integration.
  • Task automation.
**Responsibilities**

In this role, you will:

  • Develop cybersecurity system components.
  • Integrate components within the cybersecurity stack.
  • Draft and maintain system design documentation.
  • Analyze customer requirements for implementation feasibility and effort estimation.
