Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the South Florida market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial construction sector
  • Collaborate with our project management team to ensure seamless project execution
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the commercial construction industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue
  • Strong network of contacts in the South Florida construction industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
