Customer Solutions Account Manager

DMF Lighting is seeking a highly skilled Customer Solutions Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will work closely with customers and outside sales teams to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers on DMF Lighting products and solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Identify and assess customer needs to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and execute customer orders from quote creation to PO processing.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our sales organization.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of service-related employment experience, such as retail or hospitality.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and proficiency in administrative procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of customer communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
