Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture customer relationships to identify and present sales opportunities, fostering long-term client loyalty.
- Engage with customers through inbound calls, ensuring a positive and memorable experience while assisting them in protecting their valuable assets.
- Utilize sales strategies and tools to identify cross-selling opportunities and promote extended service contracts.
- Actively listen to customer needs and concerns, providing effective solutions to ensure they feel supported and valued.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to existing contracts, while performing necessary file maintenance.
- Navigate various software and programs for information retrieval, troubleshooting, and transaction processing.
- Aim to meet and exceed departmental performance metrics and business objectives.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- This position is primarily onsite, with the potential for remote work after an agreed-upon period.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service.
- Able to work an 8-hour shift, 40 hours per week, within designated hours.
- Demonstrated sales aptitude.
- Strong work ethic and adaptability to change.
- Positive demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required; a pay differential will be provided for bilingual candidates.
Pay Range: $26.51
Any posted pay range reflects a broad spectrum of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience, and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the role.
