Clinical Operations Manager for Ambulatory Care

Ryan Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinical services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Medical Assistants, scheduling patients, and monitoring patient flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision and Training: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise clinical support staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills to provide high-quality care.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations within the departments, reporting any unusual occurrences or problems to the Medical Director and Administration in a timely manner.
  • Patient Flow Management: Monitor patient flow and nursing/practitioner workload to ensure productivity, quality of care, and patient satisfaction.

Schedule Management: Develop and implement schedules for clinical staff to facilitate smooth operations at each site. Provide on-boarding training and in-service training on an ongoing basis to ensure staff are equipped to meet the needs of patients.

Requirements
  • Experience: At least two years of experience in an ambulatory setting, with supervisory experience.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License, and proficiency in Electronic Health Record Systems.

Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited institution. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and bilingual English/Spanish language skills.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
