Ambulatory Care Director

Job Description:
- Job Title: Deputy Director of Ambulatory Care Services
In this critical role, you will serve as a key member of our Senior Operations Team, responsible for implementing and facilitating operations restructuring at our Gotham Health FQHC sites. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team staff to improve patient flows, registration workflows, and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and revise policies and procedures to ensure streamlined service delivery across sites
- Oversee standardization and programmatic functions to meet regulatory requirements
- Monitor OTPS spending and prepare OTPS and staffing plans for Regional leaders and the Gotham Executive Team
- Regularly evaluate operations results and report to the Regional Director
Requirements:
- A Master's Degree from an accredited college or university and seven years of full-time paid experience in program development
- Familiarity with regulatory standards, including FQHC/HRSA, budget and financial management, personnel and labor relations, and computer literacy
