Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and organization of mise en place for your designated station.
- Ensure optimal utilization of ingredients to minimize waste and maximize quality.
- Maintain high standards of presentation for all culinary creations, while continuously enhancing section standards.
- Prepare daily kitchen requirements for various events.
- Plan and execute production schedules to ensure efficiency.
- Assist in covering other stations during supervisor absences.
- Adhere to hotel cost control policies and procedures.
- Support the effective storage and management of food items.
General Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an upscale dining establishment.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Creative and motivated with a passion for culinary excellence.
