Residential Program Manager for Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

Integrated Supports for Living, Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Manager to oversee the operations of our 24-hour program(s) for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities or brain injuries. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care and services to our clients, while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of program operations and management, including staff supervision, client care, and program development.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, licensing requirements, and organizational policies.
- Develop and implement individual enhancement plans for clients, in collaboration with their families and guardians.
- Manage relations with clients, families, and guardians, and ensure timely and accurate program documentation.
- Provide training to staff on an ongoing basis and as needed, and develop and cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Support the organization's Mission, Vision, and Core Values, ensuring that individuals are assisted in practicing their faith and treated with the utmost respect.
- Comprehensive operation and performance of assigned departmental programs, including maintenance of program compliance with regulatory standards for clean, neat, safe living and working environments.
- Establish and manage relations with individuals receiving services, families, and guardians, and implement individual enhancement plans as appropriate.
- Ensure staffing/client ratios are appropriate and in compliance with stakeholder/funder expectations.
- Monitor and ensure that all general and individual client-related records are kept confidential and maintained consistently and accurately.
- Any combination of education and experience that leads to a solid foundation in education, special education, psychology, social services, nursing, and/or sensorial therapies or related field.
- Knowledge of or experience with evaluation and program planning for adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities or brain injuries or other special needs.
- Proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Email, and Internet applications.
- Successfully pass the ODDS-approved criminal history and drug screen.
- Possess a current driver's license, with an acceptable driving record.
- OIS oversight certification, which includes administrative review of the use of physical intervention.
- Maintain current certification in First Aid, CPR, and Bloodborne Pathogens.
- Maintain current licenses/certifications/insurance required for employment and position.
- One year of supervisory experience, preferred.
