BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Gloucester City, New Jersey. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client mobility and strength
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote client independence and safety
  • Provide education and instruction to clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities
  • Accurately document client care management and services provided
Qualifications:
  • Current PA Physical Therapist license
  • Minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
