GSE Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled GSE Coordinator to assist our supervisor in organizing and controlling projects within the GSE Department. The ideal candidate will ensure the effective preparation, coordination, and management of all GSE project schedules and resources, resulting in a quality product delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the GSE supervisor in ensuring the administrative flow of projects is executed and completed in a timely manner.
  • Assist in tracking, monitoring, and reporting on all GSE projects.
  • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, as well as general correspondence, is communicated accurately and concisely to the target audience.
  • Allocate time efficiently and effectively, keeping track of critical information, schedules, and deadlines.
  • Accept RMA requests from customers, assign work orders or sales orders using Quantum, and create work orders with correct amounts and lead times.
  • Accept purchase orders after confirming according to email quotes, invoice customers through Quantum and Exostar, and maintain GSE work order and sales order files.
  • Coordinate shipping of projects upon completion and participate in customer conference calls.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High School graduate preferred; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 3+ years of related experience in project coordination.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Quantum preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong project coordination skills.
