Senior Used Vehicle Sales Professional

As a leading provider of commercial trucks, American Truck Centers is seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial truck sales and excellent leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead and manage the used commercial truck sales team at our Oklahoma City location
- Train and mentor sales staff to enhance customer satisfaction
- Establish strong relationships with customers and business partners
- Oversee inventory management, pricing, and merchandising of used trucks
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless customer experiences
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in commercial truck sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the commercial truck market and industry trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Valid driver's license
Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
