Job Description

Ambitious sales professionals are sought to lead the used commercial truck sales team at our new Oklahoma City location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the used commercial truck sales team at our Oklahoma City location
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Train and mentor sales staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
  • Build strong relationships with customers and business partners
  • Oversee inventory management, pricing, and merchandising of used trucks
  • Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with other departments for seamless customer experiences
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in commercial truck sales, preferably in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of the commercial truck market and industry trends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Valid driver's license

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
