- Perform day-to-day field installation, configuration, service, preventive maintenance, and decommission of dedicated and shared data infrastructure.
- On-site support at client premises performing tasks such as hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, server imaging, deployment, configuration, rebuild, and decommission.
- Ensure all installations meet the company's quality standards and customer requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide technical support to customers by troubleshooting problems and answering questions.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of hardware and software.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel frequently around the Atlanta area.
