Job Title: Medical Training Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Training Team Lead to join our team at Advanced Computer Learning Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of instructors and operators to deliver high-quality medical training to military personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of instructors and operators to deliver medical training to military personnel
  • Develop and implement training programs to meet the needs of military personnel
  • Ensure that all training programs are delivered to the highest standards
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of instructors and operators
  • Provide feedback and coaching to instructors and operators to improve their performance
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that training programs are aligned with organizational goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with military personnel and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Current NREMT certification at the EMT or higher level
  • Basic Life Support certification by the ARC
  • Basic Life Support Instructor qualified by the ARC
  • Basic Life Support Instructor Trainer qualified by the ARC
  • Ability to instruct all POIs
  • Comprehension skills for understanding course material and applying knowledge to presentations
  • Familiarity with computers and basic Microsoft Office suite skills
  • Knowledge of staff positions required to establish and operate program site codes, training centers, etc.
  • U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a Contractor Common Access Card (CAC)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Former 68W or 18D NCO ALC graduate
  • Former Navy NEC 8404 or Navy Independent Duty Corpsman E-6 or above
  • Former Air Force 4NOX1 or Aerospace Medical Service (4NOX1) E-6 or above
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant, or Physician

Work Environment:

The Medical Training Team Lead will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of instructors and operators to deliver medical training to military personnel. The successful candidate will be required to work in a classroom setting, lab setting, and field conditions.

Physical Demands:

The Medical Training Team Lead will be required to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
