As a Medical Specialist, you will be responsible for managing Soldiers' medical readiness, medical supplies, and equipment. You will also have the opportunity to develop advanced medical care skills, including patient care techniques, plaster casting, and more.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work well under stressful conditions. A strong attention to detail and interest in chemistry, biology, psychology, general science, and algebra are also essential.
