Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve a wide range of work orders and maintenance-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing their concerns and needs in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in building maintenance, with a focus on residential properties
  • HVAC/EPA Universal Certification is a must
  • General knowledge of HVAC systems, including condensing units, PTACs, and split fan systems
  • Availability for a full-time schedule, with flexibility to work varied shifts as needed
