Business Office Manager

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a highly skilled Business Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our business office. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the business office operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
  • Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records, including resident trust accounts and census records.
  • Manage the processing of accounts payable and payroll, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to business office staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the executive director and other department heads to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college graduate or some college classes preferred.
  • Two years' experience in a supervisory, accounts receivable, payroll, or accounts payable environment.
  • Exemplary computer skills, including knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, residents, and external partners.
