Community First Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Hamilton, Ohio.

Job Summary

The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical supervision to Behavioral Health clinicians, facilitate care for clients with mental health disorders, and build relationships within the Butler County community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision to Behavioral Health clinicians
  • Facilitate care for clients with mental health disorders
  • Build relationships within the Butler County community
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of treatment teams
  • Ensure proper documentation of case files
  • Support and enforce policies and procedures
  • Review and approve diagnostic assessments
  • Work cooperatively with other agency programming and management
  • Participate in staff recruitment, hiring, training, and competency evaluations
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Social Work or Counseling or equivalent
  • Licenses or other required certifications: LISW, LPCC, IMFT, Psychologist
  • Supervisory experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Strong commitment to client's rights and ability to work on a team
