Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to manage a social work unit embedded in the 911 Call Center. The successful candidate will provide direct supervision for social workers, support program development, and respond to and triage 911 crisis calls related to mental health and other social service needs for Columbus residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise licensed Community Clinical Counselor staff and other health personnel
  • Plan day-to-day assignments and assist with assignments as needed
  • Coordinate and participate in the performance of social work and clinical counseling activities
  • Review reports and records of staff, evaluate performance, and lead staff meetings
  • Conduct staff training on evidence-based intervention and oversee individual and/or group training for licensed staff
  • Participate in agency health conferences, case conferences, and committees with other community organizations
Requirements
  • Possession of a valid State of Ohio licensure as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • One year of licensed experience in crisis intervention, de-escalation, and community-based crisis work
  • Strong assessment and triage skills, with the ability to work with diverse staff and community residents
