Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified mental health therapist to join our team at Glade Run Lutheran Services. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization that provides comprehensive mental health services to children, adults, and families in Western Pennsylvania and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete intakes and develop measurable treatment plans for assigned school-based clients
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy as indicated in the treatment plan
  • Consult with designated psychiatrist and school-based supervisor regularly
  • Participate in individual and group clinical supervision activities
  • Communicate and collaborate with designated school district personnel

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree from an accredited college or university in a clinical discipline
  • Professional license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) and credentialing preferred
