Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Promotes services that are trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, medically necessary, and patient centered.
Conducts regular clinical supervision in accordance with certification and licensing standards.
Ensures clinical services and documentation are in compliance with accreditation standards and federal and state regulatory requirements.
Evaluates and implements clinical programming in a variety of clinical settings for outpatient and residential treatment services.
Monitors outcome data and leads efforts in the continuous quality improvement process to positively impact client outcomes.
Effectively engages and promotes care coordination within multi-disciplinary teams.
Provides clinical consultation on treatment interventions and best practices.
Assesses ongoing development and training needs of team members and conducts training as needed.
Facilitates team meetings, supervision, trainings, and any other activity as required.
Engages with managed care companies to advocate medical necessity for prior authorizations for treatment services.
Must be licensed in the State of Ohio LISW or LPCC. LISW-S and LPCC-S is preferred.
Masters degree or higher education in social work, clinical counseling or related studies.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience required.
Knowledge of the DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual) and ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) criteria.
Expertise in diagnostic assessments, cognitive behavioral therapeutic modalities and trauma-informed care.
Strong leadership and problem solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Office Suite, Outlook and Teams.
Adept at learning and navigating electronic health record systems.
