Job Title: Day Treatment Licensed Group Leader

Job Summary:

The Day Treatment Licensed Group Leader is a clinical lead responsible for facilitating daily day treatment services with support from the Mental Health Group Specialists (II). This role requires a licensed professional with a minimum bachelor's degree and experience in mental health treatment environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build unconditional rapport with assigned clients and maintain a therapeutic environment.
  • Establish effective communication strategies and informed consent with clients, families, and schools.
  • Develop concise and thorough BSPs and crisis management plans.
  • Contribute clinical documentation as necessary and demonstrate mastery of TFM standards of care.
  • Utilize knowledge of group therapy to solicit participation from clients and participate in developing and utilizing evidence-based interventions in group curriculum.
  • Manage crises using CPI and De-escalation best practices and consult with supervisor as required.

Requirements:

  • Licensed in the State of Ohio.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
  • Expected to achieve TFM certification after 1 year of practicing.
  • Must possess minimum technical skills including familiarity with Microsoft Windows and ability to use standard Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exposure to a combination of office, school, and mental health treatment environments.
