Day Treatment Licensed Group Leader

Job Summary:
The Day Treatment Licensed Group Leader is a clinical lead responsible for facilitating daily day treatment services with support from the Mental Health Group Specialists (II). This role requires a licensed professional with a minimum bachelor's degree and experience in mental health treatment environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build unconditional rapport with assigned clients and maintain a therapeutic environment.
- Establish effective communication strategies and informed consent with clients, families, and schools.
- Develop concise and thorough BSPs and crisis management plans.
- Contribute clinical documentation as necessary and demonstrate mastery of TFM standards of care.
- Utilize knowledge of group therapy to solicit participation from clients and participate in developing and utilizing evidence-based interventions in group curriculum.
- Manage crises using CPI and De-escalation best practices and consult with supervisor as required.
Requirements:
- Licensed in the State of Ohio.
- Minimum bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
- Expected to achieve TFM certification after 1 year of practicing.
- Must possess minimum technical skills including familiarity with Microsoft Windows and ability to use standard Microsoft Office applications.
- Exposure to a combination of office, school, and mental health treatment environments.
