Operational Training Coordinator

Responsibilities- Create and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee performance and productivity
- Analyze company needs and develop targeted training initiatives to address skill gaps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality training materials and resources
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, including participant feedback and evaluation results
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training effectiveness
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry experts and thought leaders to stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in training and development
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organizational ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, primarily within the region (MN, IN, IL, OH, TX, AZ)
- Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
