Prime Healthcare is seeking an experienced IT Application Analyst - Payroll to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, training, and supporting the Lawson Payroll modules.
Key Responsibilities- Design and build the Lawson Payroll modules, including payroll and absence management.
- Perform complex design and analysis tasks related to hospital business operations.
- Act as a mentor to other team members and provide technical guidance and support.
- Partner with Payroll Directors and customers to analyze work process designs, flows, and improvements.
- Serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assist subject matter experts.
- Support Payroll upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Three to five years of Payroll experience required.
- Strong knowledge of Lawson modules, including Payroll, Absence Management, ESS, MSS, Crystal Report Writing, and Add-ins.
- Proven experience in Payroll processing and strong understanding of pay practices, pay codes, deductions codes, union dues, etc.
- Experience with Lawson HCM system full cycle implementation a plus, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Kronos or JBDev time clocking system is required.
- Knowledge of developing interfaces with third-party vendors is a plus.
- Three years or more of project management experience.
- Ability to define Process flows for Infor Process Automation.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $67,392.00 to $124,800.00 on an annualized basis.
