Job Title: EHR Application Analyst

Prime Healthcare Management Inc is seeking a highly skilled EHR Application Analyst to join our team. As an EHR Application Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, training, and supporting the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and build the EHR system, ensuring it meets the needs of our healthcare operations.
  • Test and train users on the EHR system, ensuring a seamless transition to the new system.
  • Provide ongoing support to users, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure the EHR system integrates with other healthcare systems and applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest EHR system developments and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Nursing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certification in Epic applications, such as Epic Ambulatory, Epic Inpatient, and Epic Revenue Cycle.
  • Two years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Epic EHR applications.
  • Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and optimization within the Epic environment.
  • Strong understanding of hospital business operations and structure, clinical workflows, and use of IT applications in the practicing healthcare environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to independently prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects and/or priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in EMR implementations and/or support.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $66,560.00 to $124,800.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, considering a wide range of factors, including skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
