Role Summary

The primary focus of our team is to assess opportunities for supply chain investments and enhancements, formulate strategic business insights, and develop cutting-edge predictive and prescriptive analytical models.

Our mission is to provide both technical expertise and strategic guidance as we work alongside senior leadership to shape the direction of our global supply chain and foster innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with SPaM team members and cross-functional groups to define business challenges, design analytical strategies, collect essential data, explore alternative solutions, and present well-supported findings to management.
  • Innovate in areas such as inventory management, working capital optimization, network design, forecasting, and product planning.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to effectively communicate insights and demonstrate business value.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain advanced predictive and prescriptive analytic solutions at scale.
  • Apply established MOC techniques to facilitate the seamless integration of new solutions.
  • Stay current with advancements in data science and supply chain management to maintain expertise.
Qualifications

Educational Background:

  • MS/PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Management Science, Operations Research, Statistics, Data Science) or an MBA with a focus on Supply Chain or Operations.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of operational experience in areas such as network design, inventory management, planning, forecasting, or logistics.

Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with machine learning and optimization on large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, GitHub Co-Pilot, ChatGPT, PowerBI, and Excel.
  • Experience with generative AI technologies.
  • A passion for data science and delivering data-driven results.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
