About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at AspenTech. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by providing strategic HR support to our Finance and Legal executives and their teams.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a global technology company and contribute to the development of our HR strategies and initiatives. You will have the chance to work closely with our regional HR teams to drive key HR programs and initiatives that impact business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Finance and Legal executives and their teams with HR-related matters, including employee relations, talent development, and organizational design.
  • Manage and close escalated Employee Relations investigations within the US.
  • Work with regional HR teams to drive key HR strategies and initiatives that impact business performance.
  • Develop and implement HR processes and programs to support business goals and objectives.
  • Provide coaching and counseling to leaders and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Assess, design, and implement change management strategies and programs for business initiatives.
  • Manage ER issues and conduct investigations, providing recommendations and guidance at the conclusion of investigations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role.
  • Minimum three years of experience in Employee Relations Investigations.
  • Experience solving people and employment-related issues and ability to pivot quickly.
  • Proven capabilities in guiding organizations through periods of change.
  • Demonstrated ability to align HR programs to business goals and objectives in a high-growth environment.
