About the Role

Carter's, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our social media team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that resonates with our community of parents on TikTok.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience
  • Collaborate with our creative, merchandising, art/design, and marketing teams to develop trending content that showcases our products and brand
  • Manage and execute social media content across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook
  • Utilize insight tools, media monitoring, and social community platforms to stay up-to-date on emerging trends and parenting insights
  • Assist in the development of monthly content strategies and content creation from ideation to go-live date
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of progressive marketing experience with a brand or agency, or equivalent experience as an independent content creator
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Interest in Internet culture and social media trends
  • Proven experience with designing and executing social media content
