Job Title: Senior Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team at Robert Bosch Tool Corporation NA. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media marketing strategies that drive engagement, growth, and conversions for our Diablo/Freud Tools brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence, including creating and curating content, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with our communications team to develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying and partnering with influencers, creating content, and analyzing results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors, including negotiating partnerships, creating content, and analyzing results.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion rates, to inform and optimize social media marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes to ensure our social media marketing efforts are effective and efficient.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or 8 years of commensurate experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of solid community engagement/content creator experience with strong editorial judgment and exceptional writing skills.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience running high-spend ad and influencer budgets.
  • Minimum 3+ years working experience in managing and partnering with influencers, to include: vetting out new influencers and brand ambassadors, collaborating on future content needs, ensuring content is on-brand, on-topic and if not, working with influencers to correct, monitoring success of content and programs, monthly and annual reporting on influencer program.
  • Ability to speak the language of our end-users: contractors, remodelers, and influencers.
  • Must be able to demonstrate your ability to tell a story through content creation, implementation, captions, and community responses.
  • Must have direct experience with analyzing the success of social media campaigns, audience behavior, trends, etc.; ability to extract meaning from data and use this to optimize both current approach and future programs.
  • Must be a confident, high-energy presenter. Must be able to build a creative pitch with accompanying presentation and support to sell your idea and/or concept.
  • Must be a confident speaker with all levels of management, including C-level executives.
  • Must be able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have experience in Adobe Premier PRO and Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience promoting consumer goods is highly recommended.
  • Go-getter mentality. Seeks out answers and solutions rather than waiting for a resolution.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously is a must.
  • Must be comfortable using a PC.
  • Previous experience within the power tool industry is preferred, but not required.
