The Shopping Center Group (TSCG) is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Content Creator to join our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing impactful social media strategies, creating visually compelling graphic designs, and driving engagement across our online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement in the commercial real estate sector.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create, design, and edit digital content, including graphics, flyers, brochures, website visuals, and social media posts.
  • Design branded marketing materials for property listings, proposals, and presentations, ensuring consistency with TSCG's visual identity.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and platform updates to optimize strategies and suggest new content ideas.
  • Manage day-to-day social media interactions, including posting, responding to inquiries, and growing TSCG's online community.
  • Analyze the performance of social media campaigns and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.
  • Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) managing social media platforms and creating graphic designs, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience with other design & social media related tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute creative marketing ideas from inception to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
