- Design and execute effective sourcing strategies for current and future positions.
- Evaluate, interview, and recommend candidates for employment, inspiring and maintaining the interest of top-tier candidates.
- Ensure a premier candidate experience throughout the interview and onboarding phases, utilizing research, analytics, and industry insights to draw in the best talent.
- Build and sustain robust relationships with internal hiring managers and extend offers to selected candidates.
- Proactively source high-quality candidates across various geographic regions and job functions, employing a range of sourcing mediums such as recruitment websites, job boards, social media, and internally developed recruiting campaigns.
This role requires a dynamic recruiter with a passion for connecting individuals with opportunities in construction project management. A collaborative mindset and the ability to contribute immediately are essential.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading in-house recruitment initiatives.
- Experience in hiring for Construction and Engineering sectors.
- Capability to assess candidates by discussing job specifications and qualifications with hiring managers; conducting interviews based on a consistent set of criteria.
- Understanding of best practices in job postings and the ability to define job requirements and salary ranges in collaboration with management.
- Ability to enhance organizational communications to boost the appeal of the role, company, and compensation offerings, highlighting benefits and perks.
- Familiarity with legal hiring requirements, current legislation, and relevant regulations, with the ability to educate managers on compliant recruitment practices.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Extensive knowledge of online job platforms and applicant tracking systems.
- Proficient in phone communication, recruiting, interviewing, interpersonal skills, supporting diversity, results-oriented, professionalism, organization, and sound judgment.
