Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at CSW Industrials Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders, as well as providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and process customer orders, including entering orders into our database and preparing orders for scheduling.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, field representatives, and internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and resolution of any issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order history.
  • Provide special pricing and quotes to customers as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service or account management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
