Job Title: Retail Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team. As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales goals, including processing transactions, handling customer returns, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and support the overall success of the store.
Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
  • Required to undergo a criminal background check and appropriate state badging (as directed by state ordinances).
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of cannabis, retail sales, or hospitality service industry experience, including:
    • Cashier cash handling experience.
    • Customer-facing sales interaction.
    • Desire to continually learn about the Cannabis Plant and its properties.
    • Open availability including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, POS, and inventory management software.
Physical and Mental Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position, move and position oneself, communicate, operate and prepare, and place, and position objects, tools, or controls. The employee must occasionally move packages weighing up to 20 lb. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close observation and the ability to adjust focus.

Working Environment:

Work is performed in a retail environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
