We are seeking a highly motivated Help Desk Specialist to join our team at a rapidly expanding hospital facility. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clinical staff, ensuring that their technology needs are met and their workflows are uninterrupted.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently, while maintaining a positive attitude and a professional demeanor.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Deploying and supporting desktops, thin clients, workstations, and multifunctional printers in clinical areas.
  • Responding to customer requests to resolve their issues in person or remotely, via phone and email.
  • Managing user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
  • Experiencing with patch panels and resolving network issues such as IP conflicts, mapping network drives and printers.

The ideal candidate will have intermediate-level experience working with Windows, Active Directory, and PC Support, and will be proficient in Office applications. Additionally, strong documentation and customer service skills are essential for this role.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
