Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.  The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:  As a Patient Transition Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the country.   We seek an experienced sales rep to manage a sales territory focused on customer support, growth and strong relationships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong track record of selling, territory management and portfolio growth.  Account and territory management to deliver sustainable business growth based on targets / quotas Use data and analytics to inform business planning Complete essential business planning requirements and maintain sales call data utilizing Salesforce.com  Identify and solve customer financial & clinical priorities & constraints  Demonstrate proficiency upon successful completion of sales training program Collaborate with clinical staff to effectively manage the transition of patient care from acute to post-acute  Provide in-services, training and general guidance on completing and submitting complete orders Grow adoption and utilization of electronic order submission platforms, and therapy consignment programs  Collaborate with teammates to support and/or lead inpatient product education  Identify leads for expanded product utilization during routine in-person customer engagement  Routinely conduct inventory management to account for all hospital therapy units to recover lost assets, and to ensure hospital has necessary supplies Persuade key stakeholders at hospital to advocate for proposed solutions and products Ensure orders are billable by obtaining necessary required documentation   Provide customer support / service  Company Vehicle  This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.   Your Skills and Expertise   To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree AND minimum 1 years' experience in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED AND minimum 5 years in a private, public, government or military environment  In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: Current and valid driver’s license Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Power Point, Outlook).  Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Documented track record of successful sales experience Customer focused selling & closing  Demonstrated experience in establishing strong relationships with key influencers Clinical wound care, physical therapy, or other related patient care experience Outstanding data and analytical skills Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce Knowledge of medical terminology and/or experience working in a healthcare related field Basic healthcare industry understanding    Additional Requirements In this role, you may be required to enter healthcare or other third-party facilities. Those facilities may, in turn, require you to possess certain licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications (collectively “prerequisites to entry”) for regulatory, safety, or other business reasons.
