The position will be a part of a team that is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of new systems and technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, evaluate existing systems, and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn business processes.Ability to travel occasionally, possibly overnight, to any customer area, which could be any Company facility or to a remote site or to a training facility or conference.Principal and Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrimary architect of overall business processes and solution design in theassigned functional area.Assist in fit/gap analysis, developing solutions to resolve gaps.Oversight and execution of design, configuration, testing, training, and cutover for commercial areas.Learns end-to-end business processes and systems for the project and future support. Designs efficient processes utilizing available technologies.Responsible for system configurations to support business processes.Responsible for creating and administering training for end users and super users.Minimum EducationBachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business AdministrationExperience Requirements5 - 8years of previous MS Dynamics experienceExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain ManagementKnowledge in systems analysis, programming and systems development methodology.Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as the position requires direct communication with end users and business leaders.Proficiency in software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.Experience PreferredExperience with DycoTrade CTRMExperience with CRM/SalesforceKnowledge of Data Analytics concepts and tools is a plus.Prior use of Jira softwareUnderstanding of agricultural business industry and processesEnvironmental Factors and Physical RequirementsPosition is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.May need to access files, supplies and equipment.Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.Perdue Farms, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
