Key Responsibilities:
- Business Process Architect: Design and implement efficient business processes utilizing available technologies, ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
- Technical Lead: Coordinate project tasks with business team members and subject matter experts, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collect and document business requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate and comprehensive understanding.
- Solution Development: Assist in fit/gap analysis, developing solutions to resolve gaps and improve business processes.
- System Configuration and Testing: Oversee the design, configuration, testing, training, and cutover of commercial areas, ensuring smooth system implementation.
- Business Process Expertise: Learn end-to-end business processes and systems, designing efficient processes that meet business needs.
- System Administration: Responsible for system configurations to support business processes, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Test Case Creation and Execution: Create and execute test cases to ensure system integrity and quality.
- Training and Support: Create and administer training for end-users and super-users, providing ongoing support to ensure system adoption and success.
- Post-Project Support: Continue to support the business, maintain the system, and participate in upgrade and enhancement projects, ensuring long-term system success.
- Technical Expertise: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management is required.
