The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales by providing technical expertise and support to customers. This role involves working closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, present technical solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential customers.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the technical capabilities and benefits of our products.Understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations.Assist customers with technical inquiries and provide ongoing support throughout the sales process.Stay updated with the latest product developments and industry trends.Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote our products.Work with the engineering and product development teams to relay customer feedback and improve product offerings.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role.Strong technical knowledge and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to travel as needed.
