The HCV Landlord & Housing Specialist will play a key role in ensuring housing stability and addressing the needs of our community. Key Responsibilities:
The Landlord & Housing Specialist Case Coordinator will be the primary contact for landlords participating in the Long-Term Rental Assistance program (LTRA).

***Assist tenants through the leasing and recertification process, ensuring compliance with program regulations.
***Provide ongoing support to landlords and tenants, mediating conflicts, and facilitating smooth tenancy agreements.
***Conduct outreach to expand housing opportunities, particularly for low-income families and individuals with housing barriers.
***Perform case management, including verifying eligibility and assisting with annual recertifications for program participants.

***A Bachelors degree in Human Services, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
***A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in housing programs, landlord relations, case management, or community outreach.

Salary Range: $1,852 - $2,425 paid bi-monthly
