About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Housing Specialist II to join our team in Medford, Oregon. The successful candidate will coordinate applicant referrals from internal and external partners, screen tenants for eligibility, and prioritize housing placements. This role will also facilitate the completion of rental agreements and other required forms for new tenants, maintain complete and accurate property files and records, and ensure compliance with all regulatory agreements for each property.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • ONE to TWO years' experience working with property management or real estate office setting, or equivalent combination of relevant experience, training, and/or higher education
  • A valid Oregon driver's license and a safe driving record
  • The ability to pass a DHS criminal background check

ColumbiaCare Services offers a competitive salary range of $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, DOE/Credentials. Additionally, bilingual or multilingual candidates may be eligible for a 5% language differential.
