So, if your full potential could be unleashed, what would you add to the mix?As Senior Human Resources Coordinator, you ll help lead activities concerning employees
benefits, leave administration, attendance, job bidding, and training. Come prepared to play an integral role in both internal and external plant relations including community interactions, recruitment events, employee events and celebrations.Assist in recordkeeping, maintaining Human Resources files and databasesTrack and administer attendance program, includingFMLA and Short-Term Disability.Leverage emerging technology to support data tracking and analysis.Participate in recruitment activities including career fairs, interviews, job bidding, and pre-employment requirements.Help schedule andfacilitate New Hire Orientation, as well as support ongoing Education and Training (E&T) programs.Act as community outreach liaison to establish partnerships and resources.Lead and coordinate employee activities across the plant including events, celebrations, workshops, etc.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent2+ years of clerical/administrative experience in a manufacturing, production, military, or related environment.1+ years of experience in MicrosoftOffice SuiteThe approximate pay range for this position is $47,000 to $64,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
