So, if your full potential could be unleashed, what would you add to the mix?As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will primarily focus on providing support to factory personnel. You will alsoprovide administrative and clerical support within the Human Resources Department. Responsibilities include maintaining employee files, administering employee programs, preparing reports, and maintaining appropriate filing systems. You will also support the employee activities committee including events/meeting organizations and community interactions.Assist in recordkeeping, maintaining Human Resources files and databases.Track and administer attendance program.Leverage emerging technology to support data tracking and analysis.Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientationAct as community outreach liaison to establish partnerships and resources.Serves as a resource to all employees, providing superb customer service by answering questions, providing resources, and helping to resolve issuesLead and coordinate employee activities across the plant including events, celebrations, workshops, etc.Answering phones and maintaining suppliesAll other duties as assignedRequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent1+ years of clerical/administrative experience in a manufacturing, production, military, or related environment.1+ years of experience in MicrosoftOffice SuiteThe approximate pay range for this position is $42,000 to $58,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
