Join us to bring the gift of health to life.Senior Engineering Project ManagerNew Albany, Ohio Position Summary:The Senior Corporate Capital Projects Manager supports the Pharmavite network through leading the development and execution of strategic capital projects. This individual utilizes deep understanding of Pharmavite's business, supply chain operations and engineering project management skills to develop data driven capital investment proposals and to lead project execution to meet Pharmavite's strategic objectives.Critical Success Factors:1. A results oriented, data driven individual with deep understanding of project management, supply chain operations, building systems construction management / contracting and project controls2. Ability to take business problems and translate them into actionable technical solutions to realize Pharmavite's strategic capital plans.3. A proven collaborator who is able to influence cross functionally to deliver projects to support Pharmavite's strategic plans.4. Ability to provide proof of concept to facilitate the introduction of new technologies to provide a competitive edge for Pharmavite5. Utilizes standardized work processes and tools.6. Adopt new ways of thinking and cultivate technical innovation. Lean into opportunities, identify and support projects contributing to business growth.7. Supports the network through development and execution of strategic capital projects2. Strategic project development for projects requiring significant corporate functional collaboration3. Supports the realization of supply chain network optimization and key initiatives4. Provide early feasibility & development of new technology to provide a competitive advantage to Pharmavite5. Close collaboration with site Engineering Teams6. Supports project implementation across manufacturing sites as needed7. Follows best practices as it relates to Front End project Development and technology assessment8. Serves as a partner with the following Pharmavite functional groups / roles; Site Operations, Technical Operations, Site Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, Quality Assurance & Quality Standards Operations Finance, Operational Excellence, R&D & INQB8, PMO9. Contributes to the evolution of Pharmavite's Project Management Process & PM Tools to support business needsMinimum Qualifications:Education:Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical EngineeringCertification:Lean certification is a plus.PMP certification a plus.Experience:5 years' experience developing and executing engineering capital projects in a manufacturing environment, with a focus in continuous process systemsKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:1. Proven Track record for complex project development and execution2. Proven track record following structured PM process3. Technical Writing Skills4. Business & Financial Acumen required to support business case development5. Ability to apply Lean principles to project development6. Capital Project Contracting Knowledge7. Tenacity to overcome obstacles and implement solutions8. Agility in making engineering decisions during project implementation phasePhysical Requirements:General office environment, ability to sit for long periods of time.
