Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality control.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and supervise the work efforts of assigned staff, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and participate in marketing efforts to grow the business.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet the highest quality standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Surveying Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in Land Surveying, with a strong background in project management and team leadership.
  • Licenses/Certifications: NY State Professional Land Surveyor License preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
