The Patient Technican Post Anesthesia Care will report directly to the PACU Nurse Manager and work closely with registered nurses, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to support patients' recovery from anesthesia.

The PACU at this hospital is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where critical care is provided to patients recovering from anesthesia post-surgery. The unit is equipped with the latest monitoring technology to ensure patient safety and optimal recovery outcomes.

As a Patient Technican Post Anesthesia Care, your responsibilities will include assisting with patient care activities such as monitoring vital signs, helping patients with mobility and personal hygiene, and ensuring patient comfort and safety during recovery. You will also support the nursing staff by preparing and maintaining equipment and supplies, documenting patient information accurately, and responding promptly to patient needs and concerns.

The Patient Technican Post Anesthesia Care will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and completion of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) program is preferred. Strong communication skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential for this role.
