Make history with us.What you will do...The Product Owner, HCM Talent (Recruiting/Learning and Development) will be responsible for optimizing the Workday Talent, Recruiting, and Learning modules to enhance our strategic processes. They will serve as a partner to the HR and Talent, Recruiting, and Learning teams, providing expertise in Workday functionality, best practices, and innovative solutions.Partner with Human Resources to understand business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state) and determine corresponding IT strategies that are required to support themDesign and lead theimplementation/configurationand maintenance of relevant IT capabilities and solutions portfolio based on the HR functional strategy, business capabilities and business requirementsDevelop plans with the HR leadership team to effectively manage the impact the organizational impact (for example, on skills, processes, structures, or culture) and financial impact of the IT capabilities and solutions portfolioUnderstand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving HR business and operating modelsPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the primary point of contact for all Workday Talent, Recruiting, and Learning module-related inquiries and issuesCollaborate with HR and IT teams to configure and maintain the Workday modules, ensuring alignment with Talent, Recruiting, and Learning strategies and compliance with regulatory requirementsDevelop and implement best practices for Talent, Recruiting, and Learning development processes within Workday, including candidate tracking, reporting, and analyticsTrain and support HR and recruiting teams on Workday Talent, Recruiting and Learning module functionalities and updatesLead the integration of Workday with other HR systems and tools to streamline Talent, Recruiting, and LearningStay current with Workday releases and updates, assessing the impact on Talent, Recruiting and Learning processes and implementing necessary changesParticipate in Workday community forums and networks to exchange knowledge and stay informed about industry trendsWorking along with HRIT Director, IT Peers and the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to ensure that the HR IT capabilities and applications are effectively secured and that risks are mitigatedManage relationships with major HR IT vendors and service providers to ensure they cost-effectively meet the needs of the organizationCOMPLEXITY AND SCOPEDeep knowledge of Human Resource Processes and the Information and Technology supporting these processesProven ability to lead in an outsourced delivery and support modelThe ability to translate business needs into IT service and solution requirementsExceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiationStrong leadership and client management skillsExcellent analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent planning and organizational skillsKnowledge of business re-engineering principles and processesBasic knowledge of financial models and budgetingThe ability to balance the long-term (or "big picture") and short-term implications of individual decisionsThe ability to apply multiple solutions to business problemsThe ability to comprehend rapidly the functions and capabilities of new trends and technologiesThe ability to architect and present solutions across the HR Technology Portfolio with options to business and HR stakeholdersMust have...Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline preferred, but not required with relevant work experience5+ years of experience and knowledge in the HR IT field including background/education in both technology and human resources3+ years managing Talent, Recruiting and HCM in Workday. This includes but is not limited to architecture, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday of which includes configuring and implementing Workday solutions.Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering, integration design, testing, and solutions deployment.Nice to have....Experience working with/in diverse teams and influencing stakeholders and other leaders not reporting to her/himCompensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between$85,900-$140,800Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
