You will work closely with internal teams to deploy marketing materials and messaging, conduct presentations and informational sessions, and manage and maintain accurate records of outreach activities and foster family recruitment. Ultimately, you will serve as the boots on the ground of our foster care marketing plan and play a critical role in helping us connect children in need with loving families. Collaborate directly with the foster care marketing manager to Implement marketing strategies in order to recruit foster families. Attend community events, festivals, and other networking opportunities to promote our foster care program and recruit families.  Build and maintain relationships with religious, civic, and business networks to identify and recruit potential foster families. Collaborate with internal teams to deploy marketing materials and messaging. Conduct presentations and informational sessions to promote our foster care program to recruit potential foster families. Manage and maintain accurate records of outreach activities and foster family recruitment.  Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, social services, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Be Well with HCA:  We recognize the importance of self-care and work/life balance. We offer flexibility in scheduling and provide all employees access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which includes 8 mental health counseling sessions annually. Full-time HCA employees enjoy paid time off, paid holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and other voluntary insurance products. Additional benefits include: Access to a Health Navigator Health Savings Account with company contribution Dependent Daycare Flexible Spending Account Health Reimbursement Account 401(k) Retirement Plan Benefits Hub Tickets at Work  Join a team where your contributions truly make a difference in the lives of others.
