Admissions Liaison

Hammond School is seeking an experienced Admissions Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our admission team, you will play a vital role in supporting the director in all aspects of enrollment management, including identifying, recruiting, assessing, enrolling and retaining mission-appropriate Hammond students.
The ideal candidate will have experience in education and/or admissions, with a strong ability to analyze and interpret data. You will be responsible for working with a team to build strategy and culture to retain mission-appropriate students. If you are passionate about helping families navigate the admission process and possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, we encourage you to apply.
About the Role:
- Support the director in all aspects of enrollment management, including identifying, recruiting, assessing, enrolling and retaining mission-appropriate Hammond students.
- Works with a team to execute our strategic plan and achieve our enrollment goals.
- Interprets year over year admission statistics to help identify trends and project enrollment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in education and/or admissions is preferred
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and verbal and written communication skills
- Strong sense of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency with computers (Blackbaud Experience is a plus)
- Sales and marketing skills
- A customer service mindset
We Offer:
Competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
