The MST team has a long legacy of supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, commercial and international customers with years of experience in platform operations, engineering and full lifecycle management across domains – air, land, sea, space and cyber. https://www.sncorp.com/company/business-areas/Responsibilities: Interpret customer requirements related to evaluation and demonstration of emerging technologiesImprove the fidelity of simulated customer platformsWork in an agile, collaborative, and open environment with a focus on interoperable systemsDevelop connections with industry and government teamsGuide industry partners in modification of their technologies to integrate with customer systemsCreate demonstration and transition plans for industry partner capabilitiesMust-haves:Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study and typically 10 or more years of relevant experienceHigher education may substitute for relevant experienceComprehensive knowledge of engineering principles and practices.progressive experience working in multidisciplinary design & development teamsDemonstrated understanding and experience with the practical application of requirements development and management, system design, systems integration, technical risk identification, management strategies, and Verification and Validation (V&V) principlesExperience with integration and deployment of distributed software systemsPreferred:Ability to guide technical designs through development and demonstrationExperience with DoD-focused open architecture specifications like VITA 49, MORA, or OMSKnowledge of digital signal processing techniques as applicable to signals intelligenceCreativity in finding applications of technology for a diverse set of missionsExperience with model based engineering and associated toolsSNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.SNC offers a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with 150% match up to 6%, life insurance, 3 weeks paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.IMPORTANT NOTICE:This position requires current/active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
