We also excel in crafting high-quality soups, sauces, spice blends, and nutritional fortifications. Determined and professional, you’re committed to upholding our reputation and growing market share.Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Sales Executive with a deep knowledge in the bakery, baked goods, or food manufacturing industry. This remote role requires 50% travel to work directly with customers. You’ll play a crucial role in driving the sales of our custom, high-quality English muffins, soft rolls, and a range of innovative seasonings, marinades, nutritional mixes, and flavors. The successful candidate will foster strong client relationships and pursue revenue goals with dedication and strategic insight. Key Responsibilities: As a Sales Executive, you will:Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Food and Beverage industry, focusing on our premium English muffins, soft rolls, and custom seasoning blends.Engage with clients on-site 50% of the time to build lasting, meaningful relationships that drive growth.Stay informed on industry trends and customer preferences, with an eye for spotting growth opportunities.Work closely with senior management to set ambitious sales targets and track progress toward these goals.Build strong relationships with key clients, including iconic brands in retail and food service, to ensure satisfaction and sustained growth.Address customer feedback and continuously assess and refine the sales approach to meet and exceed customer expectations.Leverage sales tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency, streamline reporting, and boost productivity.Ensure compliance with food sales industry regulations and best practices.Qualifications:5-8 years of sales experience in bakery, baked goods, or food manufacturing, with a strong understanding of B2B selling, preferably in the quick-service restaurant industry.Proven track record of consistent sales quota achievement.Tech-savvy with experience in CRM (Sugar) software, cloud-based tools, and the Microsoft Suite.Excellent oral and written presentation skills, adaptable for various client settings.Exceptional time management and organizational skills to balance client needs, travel, and remote work.Strong communication skills to effectively convey product value and foster long-term client relationships.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level, or work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
